		<description>I think that this is a very timely article as more and more people are worried about their jobs. 

There are 2 lines that struck me as being very important. 
The first is "If so, you are not alone". Just knowing that there are others who feel the same way help to alleviate the stigma that is often attached to having panic attacks. 
And "just getting it off your chest quite often helps out greatly." Just being able to unload your guilt many time will lessen the attacks. Knowing that you are not abnormal and that there is nothing wrong with you allows your self-worth to start to return.

Also by reading all you can about panic attacks can help you handle the attacks and once you start to control the attacks they no longer control you. I think that by signing up for the free course talked about here could be one of your first steps.</description>
